We commenced our operations in the field of real estate development with a vision to do something special in the business of selling dreams.
Every human on this planet have a dream of having his/her own house, we are trying to fulfill this dream to as many as we can. This journey started with a little effort wherein we built our first project in S.K.Puri, Boring Road Patna with the name Sai Kripa Apartment.
The positive feedback we received from our client motivated us to further move in this field and do even better and even bigger, with this vision in our mind we have started our new project named “Green City” at Saguna More, Patna which would be consisting of 600 flats and would be largest in the city. Every big things start with a small dream, Ashiana has sustained its claim of providing quality housing at affordable rates.
